Nisqually Radio Contributing Musician Agreement.

This is an agreement between Marcella Zengota (d/b/a Nisqually Radio,) hereafter designated as "Nisqually Radio": And ________________________________________, (a contributor of music, and/or related promotional material for use on Nisqually Radio's web site and streaming broadcasts,) hereafter designated as "Contributor".

Contributor declares that all additional copyright holders of all material submited by Contributor, are listed below (and/or on _______ additional pages) with their signatures indicating that they have read and understand this agreemnt. That further, they are likewise and hereby also entering into and participating in this agreement as represented by Contributor. Further agreeing that should any dispute arise between Contributor and any or all of those represented by Contributor, Nisqually Radio shall be held harmless and all parties shall remain bound to this agreement which shall perpetually remain in effect.

Contributor declares that the copyright to all lyrics and music submited to Nisqually Radio is owned by Contributor. Further, that this music is provided to Nisqually Radio for the express purpose of using as Nisqually Radio Streaming Internet Content. Contributor further declares that the copyright to all text and images submited to Nisqually Radio is owned by Contributor and is provided to Nisqually Radio to use in Nisqually Radio promotions and/or to be display on the internet, including the Nisqually Radio website.

Contributor hereby and forever releases Nisqually Radio from any and all royalty fees as consideration for Nisqually Radio providing promotional considerations as due consideration, the reciept of which is hereby acknowledged.

Contributor hereby declares that submited materials do not to contain profane, racist, nor adult content and that it is fit for all listening audiences and ages. Contributor understands that Nisqually Radio may elect to stop playing my music and/or remove Contributor from promotions or web site for any reason, without termination of this agreement. Contributor hereby consents to Nisqually Radio editing materials prior to use.

Nisqually Radio declares that Nisqually Radio will not sell nor distribute Contributor submited music without prior consent of Contributor in writing. Nisqually Radio further afirms that Contributor submited music will not be made available to the public for 'on demand' download, nor distributed in any way except through streaming on the internet, or other broadcast medium such as; radio, television, cable shows, and satallite transmission as 'live content'.
